What is the status of my order?
Axolotls are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to avoid weekend delays. Tracking information is sent when your order gets processed. Please make sure to check your spam and junk mail for the tracking email. If you haven’t gotten your tracking information, it probably has not shipped yet. Please also allow up to 2 weeks for your axolotl to ship, though usually we send out the axolotl the following week after an order is placed.

Do you have any care advice?
When you place your order, you will be sent an email with detailed acclimation and care instructions. You can also browse through our website to find lots of information on caring for your new pet. Learn More
Can you combine my orders?
If your order has not yet shipped, we are usually able to combine your order and help you save on shipping.
Why can't I place my order at checkout?
Axolotls are restricted in some USA states, either being illegal or requiring special permits. We cannot ship to those states. We also do not export to other countries than the USA. Sorry 🙁
