Axolotls are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to avoid weekend delays. Tracking information is sent when your order gets processed. Please make sure to check your spam and junk mail for the tracking email. If you haven’t gotten your tracking information, it probably has not shipped yet. Please also allow up to 2 weeks for your axolotl to ship, though usually we send out the axolotl the following week after an order is placed.

When you place your order, you will be sent an email with detailed acclimation and care instructions. You can also browse through our website to find lots of information on caring for your new pet.

In most cases we can hold for up to a week after purchase. We must be notified of this request prior to shipping.
